Operations/Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Ideal Living is seeking an Operations/Supply Chain Manager to lead critical supply chain and fulfillment functions across domestic and international operations. The role will ensure products move efficiently from supplier to consumer while maintaining high service levels and cost discipline. You will partner closely with senior operations, finance, customer service, e‑commerce, procurement, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations across a multi‑site 3PL warehouse network and maintain fulfillment SLAs.
• Coordinate inventory flow and fulfillment execution for e‑commerce and retail channels, addressing disruptions and bottlenecks.
• Monitor inventory levels to reduce stockouts and overstocks, and assist with inventory planning and replenishment.
• Track procurement activities, inbound visibility, and vendor coordination.
• Manage ocean and air freight bookings, work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Support inbound shipment tracking, routing, cost optimization, and customs compliance.

• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross‑functionally with operations, finance, customer service, e‑commerce, procurement, and technology teams.
• Experience managing warehouse, inventory, and international logistics functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for operational record‑keeping and reporting.
