Operations Training Manager – Remote

About the role

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on its ERP systems for operations end‑users. The role can be performed fully remote or in a hybrid model with occasional on‑site presence at company offices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions (workshops, webinars, e‑learning) for operations staff.
• Create and maintain training materials such as guides, presentations, and reference documents.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows to maximize relevance.
• Develop and manage a training schedule and coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Gather feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain a centralized repository of training resources.
• Provide ongoing ERP‑related support and troubleshooting.
• Travel to offices and job sites to deliver in‑person training as needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of commercial or utility‑scale EPC construction experience (e.g., Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent).
• Strong technical understanding of ERP systems and their application across enterprise processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and align training with company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
