Operations Training Manager – NYC & Central Region

About the role

The Operations Training Manager will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs for retail teams across the NYC and Central region. You will act as the subject‑matter expert on store policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring associates and managers are equipped to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and develop user‑oriented training materials (PowerPoint, videos, digital resources).
• Deliver instructor‑led, in‑person and web‑based training for new hires, store openings, turnover, and management relocations.
• Serve as the primary training contact for retail teams, providing follow‑up support and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with Internal Control and cross‑functional departments to update retail policies and procedures.
• Manage training budget parameters and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Interpret policies, assess store‑level training needs, and implement efficient workflow processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development and training delivery, preferably in retail operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and motivate diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible team player comfortable with both on‑site and virtual training environments.
