Operations Training Coordinator – CDL Licensed Fleet Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a CDL‑licensed Operations Training Coordinator to lead and expand our autonomy training program for autonomous trucking operations. Based in Lancaster, Texas, you will work closely with subject‑matter experts to design, deliver, and continuously improve training for fleet personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate training programs that align with safety‑first organizational goals.
• Assess training needs, create instructional materials, and coordinate classroom and hands‑on sessions.
• Identify future training requirements and collaborate with the Training Manager to enhance curriculum.
• Partner with experts across operations to produce department‑specific training modules.
• Maintain accurate training records and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Deliver training across all operational roles, leveraging your own CDL experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years recent, verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related training software.
