Operations Support – Warehouse Operations & Safety

About the role

The Operations Support role ensures smooth daily warehouse activities while championing safety and training initiatives. You will work on a 5‑shift, 235,000 sq ft facility that supports conversion, customizing, packaging and power‑tool accessory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and support daily warehouse tasks such as picking, put‑away, receiving and shipping in line with standard work, safety and quality requirements.
• Cover the coordinator role to maintain continuity during absences or peak demand periods.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher and process‑specific training for warehouse staff, including safety and equipment usage.
• Track, document and plan annual training for all PIT operators.
• Act as a shop‑floor safety ambassador, support weekly safety audits and Tachinbo walks, and report safety incidents and related costs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move for 8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple leadership levels.
• Commitment to a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Required skills

• Forklift Operations (Senior level).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Projects, Forms, Power Automate).
• Basic experience with SAP‑ERP systems.
