Operations Support Analyst – Merchant Onboarding

About the role

As a RevOps Analyst at Coinflow you will own the end‑to‑end deal lifecycle for our most strategic merchants. You will work directly with high‑priority clients and the C‑suite, guiding merchants from the first conversation through a successful launch while managing referral partner relationships and building repeatable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full deal lifecycle for strategic merchants, partnering closely with high‑priority clients and leadership.
• Own merchant onboarding for referral partnerships, handling ad‑hoc requests and ensuring smooth go‑live.
• Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to translate partnership agreements into concrete onboarding workflows and documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvements and CRM enhancements to improve onboarding experiences and internal efficiency.
• Maintain CRM integrity, ensuring data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Track deal pipeline and onboarding status, surfacing risks, bottlenecks, and stalled deals to leadership.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales or SDR role.
• Motivation to transition into an operational, process‑oriented position.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and high‑priority clients.
