Operations Supervisor – Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, data‑driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities in a fast‑paced beverage distribution environment. The role oversees a team of 15–20 associates, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate picking, staging and loading while using data to drive productivity, quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including order picking, palletizing, staging and route loading.
• Supervise, coach and develop a team of 15–20 associates to achieve productivity, accuracy and safety targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate outbound shipments to support on‑time delivery performance.
• Analyze operational metrics, identify trends and gaps, and develop data‑informed action plans.
• Maintain performance visibility through trackers, dashboards and reporting while leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cross‑functional teams to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, distribution or operations environment.
• Prior experience leading teams or demonstrated leadership capability in high‑volume operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends and driving action.

Required skills

• Data analysis and metric tracking.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies (a plus).
