Operations Supervisor – Tanger Outlet

About the role

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values‑based leader who ensures smooth operational execution and store readiness at the Tanger Outlet location.

Key responsibilities

• Execute shipment, replenishment, and stock organization.
• Maintain back‑of‑house standards and inventory accuracy.
• Support cleanliness, safety, and compliance throughout the store.
• Identify and escalate operational issues promptly.
• Coach, zone, and drive team and personal selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and manage daily workforce actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners for seamless execution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and strong customer focus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and standing.
• Comfort using technology such as headsets, mobile devices, and computers.
