About the role
We are a Phoenix‑based recycling company seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities in our plastics recycling division. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and safe handling of recyclable materials.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities across the recycling floor.
- Monitor production processes to meet efficiency and quality targets.
- Oversee staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, and processing of recyclable plastics.
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 30 years.
- Experience in the plastic industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Own reliable vehicle.
