Operations Supervisor – A220 (2nd Shift)

About the role

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is seeking a Supervisor I – Operations to join the A220 program at its Mobile, Alabama plant. The Operations Supervisor will provide technical leadership and oversee all manufacturing activities within an Assembly Line Station, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple processes on the 2nd shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production activities in the assigned station on the 2nd shift.
• Manage all tools and jigs belonging to the station, including maintenance, repair and calibration.
• Ensure effective coordination between the various processes supervised within the station.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or aerospace production environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or leadership capability.
• Strong understanding of tool, jig and calibration management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and shifts.
• Knowledge of health, safety and quality regulations.
