Operations & Standardization Analyst

About the role

The Operations & Standardization Analyst will lead efforts to identify, map, and eliminate inconsistent work practices across Client Services. By developing standardized procedures and overseeing their implementation, the analyst ensures operational consistency and measurable business improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Map and document current-state processes across Client Services and related functions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce variation and improve consistency.
• Create and maintain standardized operating procedures, process documentation, and knowledge‑base content.
• Manage each standardization initiative as a formal project, defining plans, timelines, milestones, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional contributors from Revenue Operations, CRM, Billing, Sales, Marketing and other teams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on‑time execution.
• Assess processes for automation readiness and pilot improvement solutions after standardization.
• Measure baseline KPIs, track improvement outcomes, and report business impact.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process mapping and documentation.
• Proven project‑management skills, including planning, risk monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to drive adoption of standardized processes through clear communication and training.
• Data‑driven approach to establish KPI baselines and quantify improvements.
