Operations Specialist – Autonomous Fundraising

About the role

Givzey’s Version2.ai platform is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage the back‑end of its Virtual Engagement Officers (VEOs). You will apply your fundraising expertise to ensure AI‑driven donor outreach is accurate, personalized, and aligned with each nonprofit’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage VEO operations, including human‑in‑the‑loop review, donor workflow design, AI training, and knowledge‑base development.
• Oversee donor data, fundraising content, and organizational information that feed VEO activities.
• Execute onboarding, asset collection, content creation, and ongoing VEO management for customers.
• Respond to customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment of Version2 activities.
• Document technical requirements in JIRA, track work, and communicate with Engineering.
• Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, processes, and resources.
• Collaborate with third‑party platforms and tools supporting autonomous fundraising.
• Partner with program and product leaders to identify and solve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Fundraising or advancement experience, preferably in annual giving, donor relations, or development operations.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and excellent judgment reviewing donor‑facing content.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow processes, and escalate when needed.
• Comfortable working with technology, learning new systems, and providing customer‑service support.
• Independent, fast‑paced remote work style with West‑Coast‑friendly hours and occasional Saturday coverage.

Required skills
