Operations & Marketing Coordinator (VIE) – Americas

About the role

The VIE Operations & Marketing Coordinator supports Hermès Perfume and Beauty’s Americas teams, bridging Marketing and Operations. Based in Miami, you will work closely with Demand Planners and regional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives across the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end forecasting process for four annual novelties cycles, building and consolidating client forecasting files.
• Prepare regional forecast presentations for senior management and align forecasts with HQ demand planners.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day launch activities, acting as the primary liaison between regional sales, marketing, and HQ teams.
• Manage forecast updates, including additional demand requests, client releases, and quantity reallocations.
• Monitor post‑launch performance versus forecast and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects such as migrating tracking tools to Power BI and optimizing PLV tracking processes.
• Own punctual forecasts and support POSM catalog forecasting, structuring calendars and delivering timely outputs to HQ.

Required profile

• Age 18‑28, French or EEA citizenship.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data modelling and forecasting.
• Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
