Operations Manager – Training & Support Center

About the role

The Training & Support Center Operations Manager leads daily operations of JETSET Pilates’ Dallas learning hub. This role ensures the facility runs smoothly, supports franchisee and instructor training, and creates a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the center’s day‑to‑day operations, including facility organization, inventory, and presentation.
• Oversee budgets for supplies, equipment, food & beverage, and other operational needs.
• Coordinate meeting‑room setups, technology, catering, and hospitality for all onsite trainings and events.
• Handle purchasing, vendor relationships, shipping, receiving, and logistics through platforms such as Amazon, Order.co, and Instacart.
• Maintain facility maintenance, security systems, work orders, and office equipment.
• Own scheduling and logistics for all training programs, building calendars, workshop timelines, and multi‑week cycles.
