Operations Manager – Training & Support Center

About the role

The Training & Support Center Operations Manager leads day‑to‑day operations of JETSET’s Dallas learning hub. This role ensures the facility runs smoothly, supports franchisee and instructor training, and creates an environment that encourages repeat attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, keeping the center organized, stocked, and presentation‑ready.
• Oversee budgets for supplies, equipment, food & beverage, and general operational needs.
• Maintain brand‑aligned facility standards and coordinate meeting‑room setups, technology, and hospitality for all trainings.
• Control inventory of office supplies, snacks, retail merchandise, and training materials.
• Handle purchasing and vendor management through platforms such as Amazon, Order.co, and Instacart.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, package distribution, and logistics.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, service vendors, work orders, security systems, and office equipment.
• Own end‑to‑end scheduling and logistics for all training programs, including catering, class enrollments, and welcome‑bag preparation.
• Build and maintain training calendars, workshop timelines, and multi‑week program cycles.

Required profile

• Highly organized operator with strong program‑management instincts.
• Service‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment where structure and hospitality intersect.

Required skills

• Experience using Amazon purchasing platform.
• Familiarity with Order.co for vendor procurement.
• Proficiency with Instacart for supply ordering.
