Operations Manager – Training & Support Center (Dallas)

About the role

The Training & Support Center Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day running of JETSET Pilates’ Dallas training hub. This role ensures the facility delivers high‑quality franchisee and instructor training, maintains brand standards, and creates an environment that encourages repeat attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the center, keeping the space organized, stocked, and presentation‑ready.
• Oversee budgets for supplies, equipment, food & beverage, and other operational needs.
• Coordinate meeting‑room setups, technology, and hospitality elements for all onsite trainings and events.
• Own end‑to‑end scheduling and logistics for training programs, including catering, class enrollments, and welcome‑bag preparation.
• Maintain training calendars, workshop timelines, and multi‑week program cycles.
• Handle registration, pricing, rosters, and transactions in the Mindbody system.
• Track attendance, participation, and no‑shows for KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product & Talent, Field Marketing, and Real Estate & Construction to drive program participation.
