About the role
Target is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its Regional Distribution Center in Tyler, Texas. You will be responsible for ensuring fast, safe, and efficient product flow to guests while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Drive safety initiatives, training, and accountability across the center.
- Lead a diverse team to meet productivity, performance, and budget targets.
- Develop and execute operational plans, monitor results, and adjust processes for optimal efficiency.
- Identify root‑cause issues, test solutions, and implement process‑flow optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align on priorities and communicate updates.
