Operations Manager – Product & Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the operating cadence for our Product & Engineering organization. You will partner with product, engineering, design, legal, sales and ops teams to drive alignment, execution and velocity across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own planning cycles, roadmap workflows, initiative tracking by region and channel, and sequencing of team initiatives.
• Design and optimize processes such as product reviews, retrospectives, team syncs and engineering demos.
• Build and maintain operational artifacts including roadmaps, capacity trackers, dashboards and retrospectives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Sales and Operations.
• Partner with product, engineering and marketing leads to create scalable frameworks for OKRs, prioritization and execution.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations or Program Management at a high‑growth, product‑led company.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from scratch.
• Highly organized, methodical and able to bring rigor to ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders and levels.
