Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of 3–5 retail stores across a designated region. You will ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, drive operational excellence, and support the growth of our premium tea brand in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, service standards, and operational excellence.
• Monitor store performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage operational audits, labor scheduling, inventory control, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate staffing, product ordering, inventory allocation, and resources across the region.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Track business metrics, analyze performance, and execute action plans to meet financial goals.
• Support new store openings and other operational projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, food & beverage, hospitality, or similar multi‑unit environments.
• Experience managing 3–5 stores is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using POS systems and operational reporting tools.
