Operations Manager – Floor (Fashion & Returns)

About the role

The Operations Manager – Floor leads the day‑to‑day execution of floor operations across fashion, import, jewelry, and returns channels. You will drive business plans, ensure safety and quality standards, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal associates both verbally and in writing.
• Implement business plans to meet production, quality, and safety goals while identifying operational improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and performance results to align with workload demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with logistics, quality, and safety policies, creating and maintaining procedures as needed.
• Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using sound judgment.
• Supervise, coach, and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
• Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, integrity, and customer focus throughout the area of responsibility.
