About the role

The Manager, Closing will oversee the business support operations that keep Forward Financing running smoothly. You will monitor and manage specific operations support teams to ensure timely, high‑quality services that back our broader business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production capacity and performance of local operations while ensuring high quality.
• Promote a culture of top performance based on SLAs and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong team relationships across organizational areas to ensure exceptional performance.
• Guide, coach, and develop team members.
• Plan and track production goals and staffing plans.
• Identify and implement efficiencies that add value to the company.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Refine and improve key KPIs to drive performance.
• Develop and support a healthy and safe work environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company culture.
