Operations Manager – AI Trainer (Remote, $50/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to serve as an AI Trainer on a project‑based consultancy basis. You will work remotely with a U.S.‑based AI labor marketplace, helping to create and evaluate benchmark standards that measure how well large language models perform real‑world operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert benchmark responses for a variety of operations and business‑process scenarios.
• Design scoring rubrics that define high‑quality operational analysis, planning, execution, and decision‑making.
• Evaluate AI‑generated recommendations, reports, and deliverables against the established benchmarks.
• Assess accuracy, completeness, practicality, scalability, and business impact of AI outputs.
• Identify flawed assumptions, operational risks, inefficiencies, unsupported recommendations, and material omissions.
• Provide written rationale supporting your assessments and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or business‑process consulting.
• Strong understanding of how AI tools are applied to operational workflows.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver high‑quality work on a per‑project basis.
• U.S.‑based and able to work remotely.
