Key responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, motivate and develop a team of production employees on the 2nd shift.
• Assign work, set priorities and provide technical expertise to meet production schedules.
• Lead operational meetings, track performance metrics and drive improvements in cycle time.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct training and promote a safe work environment.
• Manage hiring, performance, career development and disciplinary actions for the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing teams and communicate across all levels.
• Experience analyzing production capacity, implementing Lean, safety and quality initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to act on operational issues that affect customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of Applied Materials’ global standards of business conduct and ethical expectations.
