Operations Management AI Trainer – Project Consultant

About the role

We are looking for seasoned operations leaders to join our AI Labor Marketplace as Project Consultants. In this remote, part‑time role you will act as an AI Trainer, reviewing and refining AI‑generated content that supports business‑management prompts, operational workflows, and strategic decision‑making tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review operational and management scenarios for realism and business relevance.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics for organizational and strategic accuracy.
• Assess AI outputs for operational reasoning and decision quality.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, evaluation criteria, and benchmark outputs.
• Identify inefficiencies, risk gaps, or management concerns.
• Draft benchmark operational responses when required.
• Apply professional judgment to leadership and coordination scenarios.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data‑use requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations, business units, or organizational functions.
• Strong strategic planning and workflow‑management expertise.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Capability to evaluate complex operational decision‑making.
