Operations Lead

About the role

Join Sazabi as an Operations Lead to own the messy, cross‑functional problems that keep a fast‑moving AI‑native observability platform running smoothly. You will work directly with the founder, build internal systems, and help the company scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own messy, important problems that span multiple functions.
• Work directly with the founder to identify bottlenecks and fix them quickly.
• Build internal systems for people ops, recruiting ops, finance ops, tooling, and more.
• Design lightweight processes that scale without slowing the team.
• Jump into critical projects across hiring, GTM, product, and support.

Required profile

• Extremely high agency and willingness to tackle unglamorous tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills across technical and non‑technical domains.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities.
• Ability to create 0→1 systems, processes, and workflows.
• Highly organized without being bureaucratic.
• Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork.
