Operations Internship – Alternative Investments – Summer 2027

About the role

Zurich Alternative Asset Management is seeking an Operations Intern for its New York office for the summer of 2027. The three‑month internship, with possible extension, offers hands‑on experience across hedge fund, private equity, and real‑estate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the hedge fund, private equity and real‑estate operations teams on daily workflows.
• Work with industry‑leading systems such as Yardi, Allocator, Burgiss and Dynamo.
• Perform advanced data analysis and develop Excel‑based tools.
• Conduct market and industry research and present findings.

Required profile

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Rising junior or senior (minimum two years of college coursework) and will be enrolled in fall 2027.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States indefinitely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Experience or exposure to Yardi, Allocator, Burgiss and Dynamo systems.
