Operations Financial Analyst

About the role

Enovis is looking for an Operations Financial Analyst to join its Foot & Ankle Finance team in Houston, Texas. The analyst will partner with site leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, support inventory valuation, and provide data‑driven insights that enhance the financial health of the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and adjust standards.
• Serve as liaison between departments to support process improvement, cost reduction, and inventory valuation initiatives.
• Provide analytical support to cost‑center managers.
• Support month‑end closing activities related to inventory and costing, and produce cost‑related reports.
• Maintain the standard costing process, capture consumption data, and perform ad‑hoc cost roll updates in NetSuite.
• Own analysis and reporting of inventory tracking.
• Ensure cycle‑count programs comply with corporate standards.
• Assist in planning and executing physical inventory audits.
• Support data requests from internal and external auditors.
• Prepare ad‑hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• 2‑4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including building detailed models and handling large data sets.
