Operations Coordinator (Remote, US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support its U.S. customers remotely. You will act as a bridge between business units and technical systems, ensuring accurate billing setups and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Document and compile customer operational and billing setup specifications.
• Execute high‑volume data entry and batch validation across customer profile and billing systems.
• Use Postman to validate API payloads and synchronize data between HubSpot and KSN.
• Configure master data for customer programs in operational platforms.
• Draft, maintain, and follow technical work instructions.
• Support setup and updates across P&I, SETT, Education, RPO, MSP, and PPO units.
• Identify data mismatches, operational errors, and system validation failures and apply corrective actions.

Required profile

• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, or finance‑adjacent systems.
• Proven track record in high‑volume system data entry and validation.
• Experience writing and following technical SOPs and work instructions.
• Hands‑on experience across multiple enterprise software platforms.
• Preferred experience with Postman, HubSpot, KSN, PeopleSoft, Workday, Bullhorn, or VMS platforms.
• Staffing industry or implementation service‑delivery background is a plus.
