About the role

As an Operations Associate at Sephora, you will be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations that support an exceptional client experience. This part‑time position blends inventory management, visual merchandising, and team support in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar retail, hospitality, or client‑focused role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a client‑first mindset.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
