Operations Associate – Ballpark/Six Flags

About the role

Gopuff is seeking energetic Operations Associates to support its Ballpark/Six Flags locations. Reporting to a Site Leader, you will help ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and kitchen operations in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch items for customer orders.
• Receive, unpack, and verify pallets against purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage inventory, re‑shelve cancelled orders, and maintain FIFO compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and facility, including waste and spoilage control.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Prepare quality food and beverage items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out‑of‑stock items.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 49 lb, and navigate multiple flights of steps during shifts.
• General familiarity with basic web‑based software applications.
