Operations and Logistics Coordinator – Warehouse & Office

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations and Logistics Coordinator to manage both warehouse and office functions at our Niles, Illinois distribution centre. You will ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while supporting day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments and liaise with suppliers and freight partners.
• Receive, process, and verify deliveries.
• Support picking, packing, and order fulfilment activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Process returns and update stock systems.
• Prepare logistics documentation and track shipments.
• Check invoices and keep operational records.
• Order warehouse and office consumables.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Provide general operational and administrative support across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, logistics, warehouse administration, inventory control or supply‑chain support.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to balance warehouse‑based and office‑based duties.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
