Operations Analyst

About the role

Movable Ink is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the maintenance, analysis, and improvement of internal processes and workflows. The role is part of the Business Transformation team and works cross‑functionally to ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve core internal processes such as procurement, vendor management, cloud cost management, AI development, and knowledge management governance.
• Ensure data accuracy across key business systems, identifying and resolving gaps before they cause downstream issues.
• Own end‑to‑end operational workflows, driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize repeatable processes, enhancing clarity and efficiency.
• Assist in optimizing internal platforms and tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Support project management for operational initiatives, tracking milestones, flagging risks, and maintaining visibility.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.
• Project management instincts and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana, Slack, Guru, and OpenAI/Claude tools.
