Operations Analyst

About the role

Pano AI is seeking a remote Operations Analyst to support its mission of faster, AI‑driven wildfire detection. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the platform’s data pipelines, hardware deployments, and operational processes run smoothly, helping emergency managers respond more quickly to emerging fires.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational data from AI and IoT sensors to identify performance trends and issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and field teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, SOPs, and reporting dashboards.
• Support the scaling of remote camera networks and data ingestion pipelines across North America and Australia.
• Provide regular operational metrics and insights to leadership for strategic decision‑making.
