Operational Intelligence Analyst – AI & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Intelligence Analyst who will turn complex platform usage data into clear, real-time operational insights. The role focuses on building AI-driven monitoring to detect abnormal patterns early and improve customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale usage datasets using SQL and data-science methods to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models that automatically dashboard active usage and flag abnormal patterns in real time.
• Build and maintain operational alerts, interactive dashboards, and visualisations using Databricks, Elastic AI, Kibana, and PowerBI.
• Create data profiles to generate timely, actionable analytics supporting rapid business decisions.
• Partner with operations teams to establish early-escalation workflows for customers experiencing platform issues.
• Continuously monitor platform health metrics, perform root-cause analysis on usage anomalies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions.
• Document analytics processes, model logic, and dashboard architectures for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
