Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement Program Manager

About the role

Enovis is seeking a highly motivated Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement Program Manager to lead the continuous improvement strategy for the Foot & Ankle business unit in Houston. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain, the role will shape the roadmap, align initiatives with business priorities, and drive measurable value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and govern the Foot & Ankle Continuous Improvement (EGX) strategy.
• Establish a multi‑year roadmap with capability development, maturity targets and value‑realization goals.
• Lead training, Kaizen events, process‑improvement projects, Gemba walks, daily management and productivity programs.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance and ensure alignment with operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to simplify work, scale best practices and support critical processes.

Required profile

• Self‑directed, highly motivated individual with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working in an operations or supply‑chain environment, preferably within a medical‑device or orthopaedic context.
• Ability to engage senior leadership and drive change across multiple functions.
