Open Interview Day – Truss Builder Positions – May 27

About the role

We are hosting an open interview day on May 27 to recruit entry‑level Truss Builders for our indoor manufacturing facility in Chalfont, PA. Successful candidates will join a fast‑paced production team assembling roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses using pre‑cut lumber and metal connector plates.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Operate saws, nail guns, and other hand‑ and power‑tools safely.
• Ensure each truss meets quality‑control standards and daily production quotas.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift 50 lb, stand for long periods, and work in a noisy, dusty environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Team player with good communication in English or Spanish.
• Willingness to learn, pass a drug test and background check.
