Onsite Warehouse Coordinator - Nights

About the role

Worley is seeking an Onsite Warehouse Coordinator to support night‑shift operations for construction and installation projects. The role ensures that all materials are accurately controlled, received, stored and distributed to keep projects on schedule and aligned with sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review blueprints, engineering drawings and product specifications to determine material requirements.
• Maintain material control systems for accurate tracking, receipt, storage and distribution.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams to align material availability with project schedules.
• Validate inventory levels, adjust quantities and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Document material requirements for procurement and order processing.
• Collaborate with site teams to deliver correct quantities on time.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and identify process improvements.
• Ensure all activities comply with Worley’s safety, quality and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• University degree in supply chain, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in material control, supply chain or logistics within energy, chemicals or resources sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation such as blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to plan and execute complex material control tasks with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
