About the role

Kelly Services is seeking an Onsite Talent Advisor to join its team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. In this full‑time position you will help drive employee engagement, development, and performance while ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Execute programs that promote redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
• Actively inform talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Drive and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain operational efficiency and deliver top‑quality services to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
• Results‑oriented, hardworking with strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.

Required skills

• Proficient understanding of HR and staffing practices such as onboarding, off‑boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external business relationships.
