Onsite Recruiter – Kansas (In‑House Temp)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an energetic Recruiter to join its Kansas team on an in‑house, temporary basis. You will own the full life‑cycle recruiting process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in ambiguous or changing scenarios.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bullhorn applicant tracking system.
