Online Sales Concierge

About the role

The Online Sales Concierge will be the first point of contact for internet leads, turning online interest into on‑site appointments and sales opportunities. You will ensure a positive experience for potential homebuyers across chat, phone, and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and third‑party sources.
• Provide courteous service via live chat, phone, or email and convert qualified leads into appointments with sales representatives.
• Enter and maintain lead information in the customer management database.
• Qualify leads to identify genuine sales opportunities.
• Produce monthly sales and marketing reports, including website traffic analysis.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of communities, product plans, and amenities.
• Prospect new customers and develop existing leads through telephone, email, and mailings.
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and distribute marketing materials.
• Work overtime as needed and travel minimally for training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1‑3 years of related experience or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Effective use of email communication.
