Oncology Nurse Educator – Northeast

About the role

The Oncology Nurse Educator (ONE) is a results‑oriented position within Servier’s Oncology team, reporting to the Associate Director of Nurse Education. The role delivers high‑level clinical education and strategic support to healthcare professionals, helping to ensure safe and appropriate use of Servier’s portfolio across the Northeast territory.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical education to HCPs to support patient treatment and promote appropriate use of Asparlas/Oncaspar.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with business objectives and collaborate with cross‑functional matrix teams.
• Coordinate, train and manage key speakers, delivering both branded and unbranded presentations in virtual and in‑person settings.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with HCPs and healthcare organizations.
• Monitor operating costs and achieve performance expectations within the assigned budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree (MSN, NP, MBA) preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in Hematology‑Oncology, with experience in academic and community centers.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.
• CPHON, OCN, or AOCNP certification (or obtained within 2 years of hire).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with virtual engagement platforms for remote presentations.
