On-Premise Sales Representative

About the role

We are a specialist in the beer, wine and spirits industry seeking an enthusiastic On‑Premise Sales Representative to grow and nurture account relationships across Florida. The role involves direct customer interaction, product promotion, and achieving sales targets for supplier brands.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned accounts daily, establishing efficient routing patterns.
• Identify sales opportunities through account visits, complete required surveys, and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage bar and wine‑list placements.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restocking shelves where legally permissible.
• Conduct brand education seminars for account staff.
• Process credits, returns, and manage receivables, communicating with accounts on aged balances.
• Handle customer issues, provide product deliveries in extenuating circumstances, and refer escalations to management.
• Achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals set by management for supplier brands.
• Support new account openings by preparing opening orders in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for customer visits.
• Strong passion for customer service and a fast‑paced selling environment.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives.
