On-Premise Representative – Sales & Brand Activation

About the role

The On‑Premise Representative builds and maintains relationships with bars, restaurants and entertainment venues to grow the Constellation Beer portfolio. This field‑based role focuses on increasing product availability, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with on‑premise accounts such as bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets for the Constellation Beer portfolio in both draft and package formats.
• Plan and execute on‑premise events, samplings, staff trainings and promotions to drive brand awareness.
• Monitor competitive activity, market trends and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 1 year of proven outside‑sales or food & beverage experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to travel flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to use business information and sales reporting tools.

What we offer

• Salary range $61,300 – $88,200 per year.
