Office Systems Specialist

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Specialist and help clients modernize their workplaces. You will travel within an assigned territory to service, repair, and optimize printing and office equipment while supporting broader IT and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, break/fix, installation, and hardware removal on Konica Minolta products.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and network issues related to office equipment.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges for equipment repair.
• Drive to customer sites, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Log service visits and update client records in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• Ability to travel within an assigned territory and communicate professionally with customers.

Required skills

• CompTIA A+ Certification (preferred).
• CompTIA Network+ Certification (preferred).
• Exposure to IT networks and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency with technical diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
