Office Systems Specialist – Field Service

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Specialist in field service. You will work directly with customers to maintain, repair, and optimise their office printing equipment while supporting broader IT and automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting on Konica Minolta products.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to service production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Develop professional relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Log service visits and update client records in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues.

Required profile

• Mechanically inclined with a passion for technology.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and desire to help people.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment.

Required skills

• Technical diagnostics and hardware troubleshooting.
• Installation and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Use of service tools and gauges.
• Basic knowledge of IT networks (preferred).
• A+ or N+ certification (preferred).
