Office Systems Associate 2

About the role

Join Konica Minolta as an Office Systems Associate 2 and help clients keep their printing and office technology running smoothly. You will work on‑site to diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of office equipment while building professional relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, and hardware removal on Konica Minolta products.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within an assigned territory, manage inventory, and keep clients informed about scheduling.
• Log service visits and update the Konica Minolta Systems for each client account.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience servicing or repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to drive to customer locations and work independently.

Required skills

• A+ Certification (preferred).
• N+ Certification (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of IT networks (a plus).
• Hardware diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with service tools and gauges.
