About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Office Professional to join our fast‑paced, customer‑focused team. This full‑time position supports daily office operations and contributes to a positive, professional environment as we transition to our new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organizational and administrative support to all departments.
• Manage communications professionally, including email, phone calls, and internal messaging.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple functions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Cross‑train with colleagues to maintain office efficiency and continuity.
• Take initiative on special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑service oriented with problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Google Drive and Gmail.
