Office Manager – Employee Experience

About the role

Fiverr is seeking a proactive Office Manager who will also champion employee experience for its New York City office. The role is focused on ensuring smooth daily operations, managing facilities, and supporting both on‑site and remote US staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office functions including visitor management, mail, deliveries, parking, cleaning services, and badge administration.
• Maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies; coordinate grocery and catering orders.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, handling contracts for cleaning, HVAC, waste disposal, and recycling.
• Provide administrative support for remote US employees and the Orlando workspace, including onboarding kits and conference‑room scheduling.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance of the office environment.
• Coordinate office re‑organizations, moves, and budget tracking with accurate reporting.
• Organize employee engagement activities, seasonal décor, and in‑office/off‑site events for NYC and Orlando locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
• Full‑time availability on‑site (Monday‑Friday) with flexibility for occasional late hours.
• Proven experience planning events and driving employee engagement initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and clear, concise communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
