Office Assistant

About the role

The Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Based in our Las Vegas office, you will support daily administrative operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our food‑service distribution business.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct clients, visitors, and employees throughout the office.
• Answer, forward, and screen phone calls; take and distribute messages.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Maintain office supplies, furniture, and equipment by handling purchasing and inventory.
• Schedule conferences, appointments, travel arrangements, and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Perform data entry for various systems and databases.
• Assist in preparing correspondence and client communications.
• Participate in company projects and events as needed.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional administrative support experience in an office setting.
• Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Competence in general office software and data‑entry tools.
