About the role

Holder Construction is seeking a motivated Office Administrative Assistant to support its Finance Department in Atlanta, GA. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and collaborating with other departments on project‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
• Handle weekly mail and general correspondence.
• Assist with project‑specific administrative tasks in coordination with other departments.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in office administration or a related field.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
